GCI Solutions is a Joint Venture between Ventia and Downer, and has recently been awarded a 10 year contract to deliver water and wastewater repairs and maintenance services, renewals programs, and capital works for the City of Gold Coast.

**The role**
Reporting to the Program Director, the Renewals Delivery Manager oversees the delivery of renewals projects. This is a client-facing role with responsibility for leading a team consisting of Project Manager, Project Engineers, 4 Supervisors and a field workforce consisting of direct engaged and delivery partners.

Along with showcasing your technical capability, It’s an opportunity to put your leadership and team development skills into practice.

**About you**
- Experience in a Senior Project or Delivery Manager role, within the water industry desirable
- Demonstrated commercial acumen and understanding of the issues impacting project delivery and performance.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and demonstrated capability developing new business opportunities.
- Leadership experience with a large team, including experience coaching to build capability.
- Experience with project estimating and understanding of required inputs.
- Understanding of the principles of collaborative contracting.
