Maintenance Supervisor

You will be responsible for providing quality customer focused maintenance, grounds and garden services to the residents of our beautiful Brigidine House, Randwick.

- Trade experience appropriate to the position
- Experience working with maintenance requirements in aged care - ideally
- Ability to provide technical advice and produce technical reports
- Ability to provide works costs estimates and understanding of financial budgets
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and be flexible
- Knowledge and understanding of WH&S requirements
- Ability to prioritise and be organised
- Current unrestricted Class C NSW Drivers Licence
- COVID vaccination x 3
- NDIS check or willing to obtain
