Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and passionate **Quality Assurance Supervisor** to join our team at the Further Processing Plant in **Ingleburn**. This critical role ensures our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety, supporting our commitment to excellence.

**Responsibilities include**
- Supervise the implementation of quality assurance systems and procedures.
- Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Investigate and resolve quality issues, including corrective actions.
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure seamless quality integration.
- Maintain accurate QA documentation, including reports and non-conformance records.
- Support internal and external audits as required.
**You will bring to this role**
- Experience in a Quality Assurance role, preferably in food manufacturing.
- Previous experience in a ready-to-eat environment or poultry processing (desirable).
- Strong knowledge of HACCP, food safety regulations, and quality management systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in computer systems related to QA processes.
- Tertiary qualifications in Food Science, Quality Management, or similar (preferred).
