**Your New Role**

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Group Accounting, you'll be at the heart of our service delivery, managing one of our key areas: accounts payable, vendor payments, or employee expense management (including corporate credit cards).

Some of your responsibilities include:

- ** Accounts Payable**:Ensure timely and accurate processing of supplier invoices within our risk and control framework, set up new vendors and manage payment queries, support and guide internal teams on AP processes, act as an escalation point for payment issues, driving solutions and process improvements
- ** Expense & Credit Card Management**: Manage employee business travel and expense processes, monitor, report, and follow up on overdue credit card transactions, administer corporate credit card requests and ensure policy compliance
- ** Financial Accounting & Reporting**: Support month-end processes including expense accruals, reconcile GL accounts and provide ad hoc expense analysis
- ** Travel Coordination**: Work with approved service providers and ensure travel policy compliance

Additionally, you will bring:

- Previous experience in accounts payable and expense management
- Knowledge of financial operations, GL reconciliations, and corporate finance controls
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Familiarity with tax rules and compliance obligations
- Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset
- Experience in financial services or superannuation (highly desirable)
- Experience with Sun Systems, Canon Business Systems, and Coupa (highly desirable)
