**Introduction**:
Regis Resources is an ASX publicly listed Perth based gold production and exploration company with a proven management team with a successful track record of developing mid-sized gold operations. It is a purely Australian gold miner with operations in Western Australia and New South Wales.

The mine site locations are in the WA Goldfields region with multiple mining operations (both open pit and underground) as well as a number of satellite pits. This is an opportunity to join a high performing operation, currently producing circa 400,000 oz. of gold per annum.

**Description**:
The Opportunity

Reporting to the Processing Manager, we are currently seeking a Processing Superintendent to join the team at Duketon North (Moolart Well) on an 8:6 roster, FIFO from Perth.

About the Role

Achieves safe outcomes for the team through visible leadership and risk reduction activities;
Ensure staff are efficiently deployed and staff members undertake appropriate training and development so they are skilled to efficiently perform their duties;
Develop and implement strategies that lead processing improvements based on analytical and conditioned based philosophies;
Ensure there are long term planning strategies in place for crushing, milling, laboratory and tailings deposition;
Understand the plant operation its constraints and business drivers to be able to represent the operation and achieve ‘best for business’ outcome;
Promote and coach operational discipline, work management and high performance execution;
Foster activities that lead to sustainable continuous improvement in the operational environment;
Prepare the Process Plant and Laboratory budget, monitoring and control of budget and forecasts and highlight any variance to management along with remedial actions as required;
Is an adaptive thinker with a strong focus on improving site standards and compliance; and
Excellent organisational and communication skills with an ability to drive change.

**Skills and Experiences**:
About You

Tertiary qualification (metallurgy or engineering);
Significant demonstrated experience in plant operations & maintenance, gold plant desirable;
Demonstrated senior supervisory experience in a similar role;
Strong PC skills and computer literacy, namely Outlook, Excel and Pronto preferred;
Current National Police Clearance; and
Current C class manual drivers licence.
