We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced **Superintendent - Operations** to join our high-performing Minerals team in Perth. This is your opportunity to play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence, safety, and innovation across our field operations.

As **Superintendent - Operations**, you’ll be the vital link between strategic planning and field execution. You’ll work closely with Rig Managers, Drillers, and our tier one mining client to ensure our rigs operate safely and efficiently.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Mentor field leaders and crews to foster a culture of safety, accountability, and high performance
- Monitor rig performance, analyse operational data, and implement improvements that maximise uptime and productivity
- Collaborate with our clients Scheduling and Planning teams to optimise rig allocation and project timelines
- Champion HSE standards to ensure all operations consistently meet or exceed compliance requirements
- Conduct audits, site visits, and performance reviews to uphold operational integrity and enhance crew competency
- Contribute to budget planning, cost control, and resource optimisation to help deliver strong financial outcomes
