**THE COMPANY**
Ora Banda Mining (ASX: OBM) is a uniquely positioned gold exploration and development company as 100% owner of the Davyhurst Gold Project. The Davyhurst project is located 120km northwest of Kalgoorlie in the eastern goldfields of Western Australia. The project area holds significant regional exploration potential in a district scale land holding comprised of 92 tenements, covering an area of 1,200km2 which contains more than 130 kilometres of strike within a highly prospective greenstone belt.

**THE ROLE**
Applications are sought from experienced Processing Superintendents to join the team at Ora Banda. The purpose of the Process Plant Superintendent is to take responsibility for the day to day operations of the process plant and gold room, including people and equipment to ensure that process related production targets are achieved. This role is based on a 7:7 (nights) and 8:6 (days) roster.

**The responsibilities of this role will include**:

- Responsible for planning and overseeing personnel and operational performance for the processing plant and processing infrastructure
- Monitor performance including all stages of processing, stockpile management, gold room, tails disposal and storage, reagents, and services
- Establish reporting systems and procedures to manage and report on the performance and compliance of all processing related activities
- Establish and monitor procedures and standards for operations and safety for the process plant and associated infrastructure
- Liaise with metallurgy, maintenance, and procurement personnel to minimise disruption to operations and ensure plant availability
- Liaise with the mining department to ensure optimal ore supply is available for processing
- Liaise with the maintenance team to ensure maintenance programs and equipment breakdown responses maximise plant availability
- Assist the Processing Manager in the processing plant security function to mitigate risk
- Monitor consumable levels to ensure that critical supplies are maintained
- Prepare production reports as required
- Prepare and implement the operations PM plans within Pronto developing the SWI and monitoring plans
- Ensure that all activities are carried out to the highest standards of safety and compliant to current Company policies and workplace safety and environmental regulations
- Conduct pre-start meetings as required
- Prepare and implement safety states and presentations
- Promote safety inspections, JHA, action close out
- Monitor safety inspections and action items to achieve deadlines
- Actively promote safety

**ABOUT YOU**
To be considered for the role, you will have the following qualifications, skills and experience:

- Recent and significant experience as a processing superintendent
- An excellent working knowledge of all stages of gold mineral processing
- Rostering and personnel management
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Effective written, verbal and presentation communication skills
- WA manual driver’s license
- Certificate IV - Training & Assessment (desirable)
- Certificate IV - Leadership and Management (Frontline Management) desirable
- Process Plant start-up and commissioning experience desirable
- System development and implementation experience desirable
- Practical experience using Pronto software desirable

**ELIGIBILITY**:

- Must be willing to obtain a National Police Clearance valid within 6 months
- Reside in WA or willing to relocate at own cost.
