My client is a National Hail Repairer responding to the hail events that have occurred around the country.

Customers and insurance companies alike are always looking for ways to save time and money as well as expedient repair processes to ensure your vehicle is returned to its pre-event condition. My client has Hail technicians Australia wide who are skilled not only in the repairs required to your vehicle, but estimating the damage and the insurance process. Our point of difference is our holistic approach to our repairs, without the need to engage third party repairers which enables us to ensure a timely and quality repair as well as our ability to scale up in Catastrophes.

**ESSENTIAL**
- Minimum 2 years experience in similar role
- Experience with Xero
- Experience with Deputy (Desirable)
- Ability to work autonomously
- Knowledge of Payroll statutory deductions, awards, rates
- Attention to detail

**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIIES**
- End-to-end payroll
- Assist CFO with Superannuation and Tax activities
- Champion and administrate Deputy and/or Time attendance system.
- Undertake monthly HR and Finance related reporting
- Adhoc HR and Finance related projects and reporting
