Destination Marketing Campaign Lead

The City of Perth seeks a seasoned campaign advisor to spearhead the development and execution of large-scale destination marketing campaigns. This role will focus on strategy, relationship-building, and strategic advice to drive growth and brand presence.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and deliver comprehensive destination marketing strategies for seasonal and always-on campaigns;
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with internal stakeholders and external agencies;
- Provide expert guidance on campaign direction, branding, and marketing best practices;
- Contribute to the creation of the city's destination marketing strategy and annual communications plan.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A tertiary qualification in marketing or a related field;
- At least seven years' experience in delivering integrated marketing campaigns across various media channels;
- Proven ability to lead end-to-end campaign strategy and execution;
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills and experience managing external agencies and internal partnerships.
To be eligible, you must demonstrate:
- A right to work in Australia (e.g., a birth certificate, current passport, or current visa);
- A satisfactory National Police Clearance dated within three months.
