**About the role**

As a vital part of the Quality and Compliance Team, the Quality and Compliance Coordinator is responsible for developing, implementing, and facilitating best practice systems and processes for quality, compliance and accreditation within Capitol Health. The position is required to provide support, guidance and expertise to assist Capitol Health with the monitoring, evaluation and continual improvement of systems and processes to ensure all legislation, regulation and operating standards are met.

In addition, this role will provide audit information to managers and clinic leaders, as well as analyse data, prepare reports, conduct risk assessments and ensure corrective actions.

**About you**

With patient care front of mind, you will have a passion for quality outcomes and continuous improvement, as well as implementing structure and processes to enable best practice. Drawing on your extensive experience within healthcare administration, and ability to build strong relationships, you will be known as a trusted advisor and an expert in your field.

With exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills, you will able to demonstrate your ability to see tasks through to completion with mínimal supervision.

**Knowledge, Skills & Experience**
- Extensive experience in healthcare administration, ideally within Medical Imaging
- Demonstrated understanding of quality management and improvement principles and practices
- Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and quality and compliance software
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MBS schedule
- Sound RIS knowledge
- Demonstrated experience supporting a team to deliver outcomes
