Miami Bakehouse is looking for an Assistant Manager for our Northbound Cafe on Forrest Highway, a must-visit destination for travellers and tourists. This full-time role offers $68,000 plus attractive monthly bonuses. Supported by the Store Manager, the store trades from 6:15 am to 6:30 pm.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Train, coach, and motivate your team to create a positive, energetic workplace.
- Oversee all aspects of the store's daily operations, including driving sales, managing stock levels, and ensuring operational efficiency.
- Maintain a welcoming, top-tier store presentation that keeps customers coming back.
- Deliver high standards in customer service, product quality, and cleanliness, consistently.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Proven experience in or willingness to learn hospitality management.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to coach and develop a team.
- A track record of meeting KPIs and sales targets.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
