**About the Role**

Due to an internal promotion, TCWA are currently seeking a Workshop Administrator to join our busy and high performing Forrestfield dealership. This report will see you responsible for supporting with the management of the daily workshop operations and providing key administrative support to the team.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Daily management of workshop planner
- Payroll & timesheet management
- Reviewing approved leave requests and updating workshop planner with technician availability
- Assisting with workshop OSH procedures and reporting
- Organising maintenance of facilities and tool replacements
- Preparing Toolbox meetings
- Supporting the General Manager with daily & monthly workshop reporting
- Assisting in the Service & Costing department as required

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following:

- Previous exposure and experience in a similar position
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail
- Strong computer skills, excel an advantage
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
- The ability to work well under pressure
- Strong organisation and time management skills
