Establish daily٫ weekly and monthly objectives and communicate them to employees.

Manage the workflow by assigning job responsibilities and preparing job schedules.

Report Lead times and progress updates to management.

Guide and coach employees to meet job deadlines safely and efficiently. Monitor employee productivity.

Conduct employee performance management.

Oversee safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance by liaison with internal and external service providers.

Ensure quality and safety objectives are met.

Prepare reports on production performance and progress and present them to senior managers.
