An Overhaul Operator is responsible for the assembly, overhauling & service of radiators, air and oil coolers.

Responsibilities:

- Carry out all duties as directed by the foreman and the supervisor or production manager in a safe and timely manner.
- Must Assess, Repair, Rebuild, Strip, Clean, Flush, Test parts and components for radiators.
- Follow all safe working practices, utilising the correct PPE in accordance with work instructions.
- Strict adherence to equipment safety practices. Must complete pre-start checks including Take 2/5.
- Follow all Shop work instructions, Standard procedures and work instructions as directed.
- Must be able to recognise quality deviations & faults once trained. Must act on non-conformance instructions and request assistance if further clarification is required.
