- We are now looking for a passionate Marketing Specialist to be part of this exciting journey.**What will you do?**
The marketing team are the key drivers of the Young Academic brand and provide support to our early education centres. A true generalist role, the Marketing Specialist will be involved in all aspects, from brand building strategies, marketing campaigns to drive leads and acquisition, new centre launches, partnerships, photo/video shoots, digital promotions, social media and much more.**Responsibilities include**:

- Daily management of external agencies and partners
- Brand building strategies
- Drive leads, acquisition and retention via end-to-end campaign and project management
- Planning and organising of photo and video shoots
- Yearly social media calendar in partnership with agencies
- Ownership of engagement and content plan, and responsible for its execution
- Support our network of early education centres with local marketing initiatives
- Assist with exiting projects, researching opportunities, competitor analysis
- Management of the groups digital and social media platforms; including website, Facebook pages, Instagram, linked-in, Google My Business, Toddle/Care for Kids
- Well-rounded marketing professional with preferably 5+ years’ experience
- Strategic, proactive nature
- Ability to multitask and manage a high-capacity workload where time-management and prioritization are key
- Experience managing external agencies
- Confident in delegating tasks and ensuring they are achieved
- Campaign and project management skills - with an emphasis on forward planning and keeping to timeframes
- Outstanding stakeholder communication skills - ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at various levels
- Experienced with marketing tools, software and ad platforms like FB Business manager, Google etc
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business, Marketing and/or equivalent
