**About The Role**
We’re searching for a legend; a legend that is excited and passionate about marketing, and media as we continue to redefine our marketing programmes and take our activity to new and exciting heights. You will be responsible for adapting the Barbeques Galore brand and retail strategy into market with effective media strategies, campaigns and activity to drive product sales and market share.
This is an exciting and vibrant role, working within a tightly knit team with significant opportunity to grow within the business.
**Your Responsibilities**
- Own, Deliver and Execute the Barbeques Galore brand and retail strategy into an effective and thorough integrated media approach.
- Planning and execution of media across all channels; including online, traditional and social media; taking full ownership of all planning, budgeting, reporting, and the management of internal and external partners.
- Continual optimisation across all media channels to ensure business objectives and targets are consistently met, or exceeded.
- Support in the delivery of campaign collateral, including TVC, Radio, Digital and other formats with the support of the Marketing division, and any external partners or agencies.
- Manage and optimise digital marketing channels and campaigns including website, social media, SEO/SEM, Facebook, and Instagram.

**What do we need from you**
- 2+ years' experience working in online advertisement.
- Tertiary level education, preferably in Communications or Marketing is advantageous or relevant retail media and brand experience.
- Strong experience and knowledge across Digital Marketing and Media, with experience across Traditional media channels.
- Hands on experience with programmatic media buying, optimization, re-targeting, data targeting, geo targeting/geo-fencing, paid social and other PPC tactics.
- Exceptional finance management in media budgeting and spends.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Oral and written communication with impact.
- Ability to organize and prioritize multiple dynamic tasks.
