We're on the lookout for a motivated and reliable **Apprentice Baker** to join our team at **Bakers Delight North Blackburn**. If you’re ready for an early start, love working with your hands, and want to learn a skilled trade, this is the opportunity for you

What You’ll Do:

- Learn to bake fresh bread and delicious baked goods from scratch
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards
- Keep the bakery clean and equipment in working order
- Help with ingredient prep, stock control, and waste management
- Provide friendly customer service when needed

What We’re Looking For:

- A genuine interest in baking and learning a trade
- Must be eligible to start or continue an Australian Apprenticeship
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable with early starts (as early as 2am)
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Team player who can follow instructions
- Basic reading, writing, and numeracy skills
- Availability for a rotating roster, including weekends
