Our newly opened, state-of-the-art Broadmeadows location is a one-stop shop featuring fresh food, grocery, deli, bakery, butcher, seafood, and a full-service café and bistro.

As we continue to grow, we are now seeking a hands-on and experienced Cashier Supervisor to lead our front-end team and help deliver a seamless checkout experience for every customer.

About the Role:

As a Front End Supervisor, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our front-end registers, ensuring a smooth, friendly, and efficient service environment. You will coach and support your team, resolve customer queries, and help maintain high standards in all cashier operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the cashier team during daily operations
• Provide training, guidance, and ongoing support to team members
• Monitor POS systems, manage cash handling, and ensure register accuracy
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the front-end area
• Collaborate with other department supervisors to support overall store operations
• Contribute to a positive and proactive team culture

About You:

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within a retail or supermarket environment
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• A passion for customer service and team development
• Confident with POS systems and cash handling procedures
• Reliable, punctual, and able to lead by example
• Availability to work across early mornings, weekends, and public holidays
