National IR Specialist - Healthcare Industry

**About the Role**

Reporting to the Head of HR, the National IR Specialist will take responsibility for the management of the Industrial Relations landscape of this ever-evolving and fast-paced healthcare provider business.

There is variety in the work you will do with a mix of design process and getting things done. This busy role will elevate the IR Strategy and put it into practical processes for the organisation to follow.

This will include:

- Providing strategic and proactive industrial relations advice and support to State Executives and the HR team on complex IR matters
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with unions nationally
- Leading EA negotiations interstate
- Development of the IR strategy and implementing ongoing process improvement

**About You**

This role will require you to have the following:

- Tertiary qualification in Law, Industrial Relations or a related field;
- Demonstrated success in a similar role, preferably in a large multifaceted corporate or industrial environment;
- Exemplary written, verbal and presentation skills;
- Analytical and technical skills to interpret and report on IR data;
- Solid experience and / or a detailed understanding of, workforce issues within award-based environments - healthcare ideal;
- Lead role experience in end-to-end enterprise agreements;
- High level of IR expertise, resilience and the ability to get things done. You will be proactive in your approach and being a "doer" in the execution.

**About Culture & Benefits**

Offering a generous salary package of $180K-$200K, this role can be based either Victoria, Sydney or Brisbane. The role requires interstate travel, and they have a hybrid way of working.
