**What are we looking for?**

We are on the hunt for a passionate experienced Web Designer who loves to use their exceptional skills to create an innovative website that is practical for events company in Brisbane City. The website would be a practical site for events involve public ticket sales, and booked function events such as Birthdays, hens parties, team building etc.

You would have knowledge on the following platforms that we currently have a few websites, so must have experienced skills in the following web builder platforms
- Word Press (expert on plug-ins and maintenance)
- Wix (expert on scheduling system)
- Squareup
- Not currenty using Square Space (However insite on its performance with scheduling compared to our current 3 x websites would be ideal)

To succeed in this role, you will have experience to bring to the table, the best practical website for e-commerce methods for ticket sales, with the best rescheduling methods for ticket holders in light of covid and close contacts cancellations with streamlining. Reports of customers lists for each event, and linking to CRM marketing to customer base.

This position will entail initial website creation, and continued weekly upkeep of events and co-ordination. Ideally experienced with social media, with listing events on multiple platforms. Then creating the best method, for the compilation of bookings from different website platforms to make a single event list of customers for each event. This would be very similar to a Calendar system, with multiple events each day with multiple customers for each event. Ideally this can incorporate rostering of staff for each event, notify staff and customers of updates.

This position will be working in the main shop in Myer centre Brisbane city, with flexible hours offered. These hours will increase as the business expands events, currently across Brisbane, Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast.

I look forward to your presentation of what you can bring to the table, and your ideal platforms that would assist with the best outcome for ideal admin efficiency of running events. Hours would vary, however initially the hours would be larger for the duration of bringing the website together. We are looking for experienced staff for this type of website, no training would be required as you will be an expert to lead the business.
