**The Opportunity**:
Reporting to the Executive General Manager - Visy Board, you will have full accountability for **state-wide manufacturing operations** in Victoria. This role leads a large, multi-site operation, setting operational strategy, ensuring compliance and industrial harmony, and delivering outstanding results in safety, productivity, and quality.

With ownership of P&L performance, capital project delivery, and continuous improvement programs, you will be the key driver of operational excellence and business growth in this critical state leadership position.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Set strategic direction and operational priorities for all Victorian manufacturing sites.
- Lead a large, diverse workforce with a strong focus on safety, culture, and engagement.
- Oversee full operational P&L, including cost control, payroll, and capital investment.
- Manage complex HR and IR matters, ensuring compliance and fostering a high-performance culture.
- Champion continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma) to lift capability and efficiency.
- Ensure technical and quality standards meet customer and regulatory requirements.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.

**What You’ll Bring**:

- Proven track record in senior, multi-site operational leadership (15+ years).
- Demonstrated success in driving operational and cultural transformation.
- Strong IR expertise, with the ability to negotiate and influence at senior levels.
- Experience in large-scale manufacturing; packaging industry experience advantageous.
- Tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Engineering, Operations, or Finance.
