- We are seeking the permanent appointment of a Client Experience & Participation Manager to work in a hybrid nature based in Blackburn.
- The primary purpose of the role is to use an evidence-based approach to design, implement and embed the Lived Experience and Participation Framework.
- The role seeks to ensure The Salvation Army has effective systems and processes, and works alongside churches, community services and enterprises to listen and respond to the voice of the client, understand and reduce barriers to participation and create avenues for our clients to engage and participate on their terms.
- Key responsibilities include:
- Lead and support implementation of models of good practice to client participation and engagement-
- Work in partnership with our services and churches to embed client experience and participation across all types of participation-
- Establish and implement territorial advisory group/s, processes and support development of annual work plans for the group/s-
- Provide advice to Leaders regarding implementation of the Framework-
- Undertake review, assurance, audit and improvement activities to monitor how TSA is performing against the Lived Experience and Participation Policy and Framework-
- Identify and address emerging risks around the client experience at TSA- To be successful in this role you will hold a relevant human services qualification or demonstrated experience in a lived experience, practice or quality role in a large, complex organisation.- You will bring significant experience and understanding of client experience, participation and hearing the voice of clients-
- Exceptional communications and stakeholder engagement skills-

- Ability to lead cultural change across organisations-
- Collaborative decision maker and problem solver-
