**About the Role**
We’re currently looking for caring and reliable Support Workers to join our team in Melbourne’s western suburbs. This role offers casual shifts across mornings and nights, Monday to Sunday. While it’s not a full-time position, regular clients and ongoing shifts can be rostered to give you stability and consistency.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide personal care and assistance with daily living tasks.
- Support clients with community access and social activities.
- Help with household duties and maintaining a safe, comfortable environment.
- Encourage and support clients to achieve their goals and live as independently as possible.
**Requirements**:
- Previous support worker or care experience (preferred but not essential — training can be provided).
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
- Driver’s licence and reliable car (highly regarded).

Pay: From $32.20 per hour
Expected hours: 5 - 38 per week
