Are you an experienced Compliance Officer looking for your next exciting opportunity? This is a permanent, full-time opportunity to support Findex’s Funds Management and Platform services via Centric Capital.

The Compliance Officer is to support the Senior Compliance Manager in the strategic & operational direction of the compliance function, assisting with the establishment and ongoing maintenance of the compliance framework in line with regulatory requirements is a key objective for this role.

**What will your typical week look like?**
- Transaction and compliance monitoring
- Assistance with incidents, breaches and complaints
- Managing audits and conducting risk assessments Responding to AML/CTF questions and escalations from the Client Services team and external administrator

**Let’s talk about you
- Compliance, legal or industry qualifications
- Proven experience in a similar compliance role relating to managed investment schemes, IDPS platforms and/or superannuation
- Knowledge of the Corporations Act and/or ASIC & APRA regulatory guidance as it relates to managed investment schemes, managed accounts, IDPS platforms and/or superannuation is required Knowledge of AM/CTF requirements, updating compliance policies and compliance plans, reviewing marketing material, compliance monitoring and/or implementing regulatory changes is highly regarded
