SKG Consulting Services is a compliance consulting firm specializing in Vocational education compliance services. As a result of the rapid growth of the organisation we are seeking to employ compliance officers to join our journey of compliance.

This role will primarily be responsible for assisting and guiding the appointed consultant with identifying, developing, and implementing best practices for compliance for various clients. This includes all legislative and regulatory requirements within the VET Quality Framework and the National Standards for RTO, together with state government contractual obligations:

- Support the implementation of continuous improvement plans and structured staff development programs to ensure compliance requirements are adhered to and maintained for various clients
- Assist with developing and updating company policies and procedures for allocated clients
- Develop, implement and monitor assessment validation processes
- Maintain and assist in the update of compliant trainer and staff files.
- Mapping and updating training and assessment resources (training and assessment strategy, assessment tools, learning guides, competency mapping, etc.).
- Participate in, and assist with the coordination of, assessment validation and moderation activities.
- Assist with implementation and maintenance of ASQA Standards for RTOs and ensure the Standards are being followed to a high level
- Assist with internal and external regulatory audits as required
- Assist with all areas of RTO compliance
- Associated compliance and administration functions

Ideally, you should demonstrate the following skills and experiences to be considered:

- Understanding of compliance related tasks (such as mapping, validation, development of training and assessment strategies, etc)
- Knowledge or willingness to understand the VET Sector and Standards for Registered Training Organisation
- Strong all-round administrative skills and experience
- A commitment to achieving best practices with high attention to detail

Salary will be negotiable based on skills and experience

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Narre Warren South, VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Melbourne, VIC 3000
