An excellent opportunity exists for an enthusiastic and committed all round **Maintenance Manager** to join our team at Ryde.

To be successful you will need to have excellent maintenance skills and knowledge of most handyman skills including but not limited to building, plumbing, electrical and plastering.

**Experience, Knowledge and Qualifications**
You don't have to excel at all the trades but be confident to achieve a good standard in most of them.

Any trade experience such as Electrical, Refrigeration, Carpentry, Plumbing, Tiling, Mechanical Engineering and Air Handling will be highly regarded.
- Knowledge of OH&S
- Having worked in a professional and customer service environment
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Very good interpersonal skills
- A pro-active approach to identifying maintenance issues
- Reliable
- A police check and working with Children check is required.

This is a full-time position and hours can be worked across a 7 day week roster which will be negotiated with you if successful.

- Flexible hours and days are required for this role
- Proof of right to work in Australia documentation will be required to be presented at the first interview
