Create an impact as an **Executive Manager, Strategic Risk.**

**Your Role**

Join us in this pivotal role in ensuring that all internal and external risks, which could potentially disrupt or impact IAG’s strategic planning and execution, are proactively identified and managed effectively.

Overall, you'll drive greater maturity in Strategic and Emerging Risk management across IAG. This position is integral to safeguarding IAG’s strategic objectives and ensuring resilience in the face of emerging and evolving risks.

In order to achieve this, you'll uplift Strategic Risk management capability across the Group, including strategic positioning, strategic execution, business model and emerging risks.

This position is a permanent, full-time opportunity to be based in Gadigal Country (Darling Park 2, Sydney), Meanjin (Brisbane) and Naarm (Melbourne).

**About You**
- An ability in managing complexity, ambiguity and responding to change.
- Experience in fostering a customer-centric environment.
- Strong commercial acumen.
- Demonstrated ability to define, plan, and shape strategies and initiatives into tactical plans for successful delivery.
- Developed leadership skills with a proven ability to role model values and behaviours.
- Experience in building capability and optimising the performance of teams.
- Experience in building partnerships and working collaboratively with others to meet shared goals.
- Experience with creating a continuous improvement environment aligned with agile ways of working.
- Relevant Tertiary qualification/s and 15+ years associated business experience.
