We're looking for a **Customer Service & Supply Chain Administrator, **to join our global Growth Team. This is a part-time 12-month fixed term contract that will involve order management and cross-functional inventory requests for our skincare brand, Skinstitut.

**What you'll do**:

- Manage order payment banking reconciliation for Skinstitut AU and UK
- Responsible for OOS reports and new stockist inputs
- Takes phone orders, B1 Portal issues and independent clinic queries
- Liaise with warehouse and supply chain to manage inventory requirements
- Manages returns, faults and damaged goods
- Inputs pricing and product details for SKUs
- Responsible for the master data inputs in SAP
- Manages the B2B platform processes and global ordering forms
- Responsible for managing new store opening processes across Laser Clinics UK and Canada

**We'd feel ELECTRIC if you have**:

- Previous experience in supply chain or customer service
- SAP knowledge or similar environment previously
- Fast learner and comfortable working in a fast-paced and agile role
- Excellent phone manner when dealing with internal stakeholders
