DSC Personnel are a locally owned & operated company with over 40 years’ experience in the Recruitment Industry. Our client is a leading Manufacturer & Installer of Concrete Precast panels & components & high security protection, where function and reliability are essential and are at the core of all our installations.

We are presently seeking to employ Precast Concreters /Steel Fixers / Concrete Finishers/ Form workers & labourers at the new Badgery's Creek Western Sydney Airport

The applicant ideally will have a background in either the construction & or concreting/precast industries. With the below qualifications/skills being highly sought.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Steel fixing/ General concrete formwork-finishing skills
- Ability to read and interpret drawings with a strong eye for small detail.
- Strong commitment to safety
- Exposure to Precast panels in a production or construction environment
- Written and Verbal communication skills,
- Experience in both working independently and within a team.
- Construction WHS whitecard
- Physically fit & Own reliable Transport (no Public Transport in area)
- You must be able to pass pre employment Police Criminal Check.

**The role description**:

- Working within the Installations Team, the role assists to ensure all precast products are delivered on time and at the highest level of a quality in line with Government & CASA (Civil Aviation Safety Authority) Requirements.
- Steel Fixing/ Formwork placement & stripping. Slab pour and all facets of Concrete finishing, Cleaning & maintenance
- Forklift License, Dogman & Overhead Crane training highly regarded.

**Salary**: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
