**About the Role**

We are seeking an Accounting/ Bookkeeping Trainee who is highly motivated, good with numbers, a fast learner with excellent attention to detail and solid written and verbal English language skills.

The successful applicant will be required to study online Certificate IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping (payable by the employer).

You will be assisting the Accountant in supporting the financial services of First Class, including the travel consultants’ sales team. Tasks may include but will not be limited to; assisting with accounts payable and receivable, inputting financial data, creating invoices, chasing suppliers, assisting with income and expenses, analysis of receipts and payments, bank reconciliations and assisting the team with financial requirements.
**Skills and Experience**
- Must be computer savvy and quick to pick up new tasks
- Well-developed organisational and time management skills
- Excellent listening skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal skills in English
- Strong analytical skills
- The ability to problem solve with excellent initiative
- Dedication to work and a desire to constantly improve yourself
- High work quality standard, excellence being your benchmark
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word
