As the **Customer Experience Specialist located at Artarmon**, you’ll be at the heart of our customer’s journey, guiding them from that first conversation all the way to their new set of keys. In-store, you’ll provide an effortless, customized buying experience that leaves a lasting impression.

**You will**:

- Use your expert knowledge to showcase our vehicles’ standout features, confidently highlighting their benefits.
- Build connections and engage with customers, listen to their needs, and recommend solutions tailored to them.
- Drive the sale, taking charge of the entire process—introductions, test drives, trade-ins, paperwork, and post-sale follow-ups.
- Use Salesforce and other digital tools to manage customer data and ensure smooth, efficient sales activity.
- Work across departments to deliver a seamless, customer-first experience, both in-store and online.

**What You Bring to the Table**:

- A driven go-getter attitude with proven success in sales roles working with KPI's, and a love for customer interaction.
- Ability to thrive in a high-energy environment, juggling multiple tasks with enthusiasm for automotive sales.
- Passion for delivering premium customer experiences.
- Excellent communication skills, digital fluency, and confidence with MS Office.
- Flexibility to work Saturdays (with a weekday off).
- A valid driver’s licence.
