**What will you be doing?**
Our Online Customer Experience Specialists are an integral part of our Client Experience team. You will be responsible for:

- Compiling data, insights and feedback into weekly report with a continuous focus on improvement.
- Attending to all customer queries, concerns, and comments posted to social media platforms.
- Liaise with internal teams such as Marketing, Partnerships & Sales to meet and exceed customer expectations.
- Be passionate about online engagement and how this drives Brand awareness.

**Your story so far**
- You will have 1 year experience working in an e-commerce / online environment, call centre position OR perhaps your work experience is within marketing
- Your communication and presentation skills will be A-MAZING Your ability to influence people will make them think you are in sales
- A creative problem solver, the ability to find win-win solutions is key.
- Customer service and going above and beyond will be at the heart of who you are.
