**Role Overview**:
We are seeking an experienced **Head of Legal Operations** to join our growing team and make a significant impact on our global operations.

As a key member of the Legal Leadership Team and reporting directly to the General Counsel, you will drive strategic initiatives and help shape the organization's legal direction.

In this global role (based in Sydney), you will be responsible for leading a team which is responsible for the integration of legal technology, AI compliance, and workflow automation within our Legal Group across multiple regions.

**Position Context**:

- Member of the Legal Leadership Team, collaborating with other senior legal leaders to set department strategy and drive organizational excellence
- Reports to the General Counsel
- Strategic business partner to senior leadership across the organization
- Key role in supporting rapid business growth and innovation initiatives

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage the implementation of legal technology solutions, ensuring that the legal function is equipped with the most efficient tools and platforms to operate at the highest level.
- Champion workflow automation initiatives, working closely with the legal team to streamline processes, reduce bottlenecks, and improve overall productivity.
- Manage and mentor the Philippines legal operations team, ensuring alignment with global objectives and optimizing team performance.
- Collaborate with the Head of Legal - Commercial to ensure smooth and efficient enterprise sales contracting, enabling the commercial legal team to operate seamlessly with mínimal friction.
- Continuously evaluate new tools and technologies to improve legal operations, focusing on driving innovation and enhancing operational effectiveness.

**Skills, Knowledge and Expertise**:

- Strong background in legal operations, with a focus on technology implementation and process automation within a legal function.
- Legal or Accounting Qualifications desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with General Counsel and senior leadership in developing and executing legal strategy
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with senior leadership and regional teams
- Proven ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Track record of developing innovative legal solutions that enable business growth while managing risk
- Adaptable mindset with the ability to pivot quickly as business needs evolve
- Experience working in agile environments and comfort with rapid iteration and change
- Proven experience with legal technology platforms, particularly Ironclad (CLM Automation), OneTrust (AI & Data Compliance), and LawVu (Matter Management)
- Expertise in managing legal teams and operations in multiple geographies, particularly experience leading remote teams (e.g., in the Philippines).
- Excellent problem-solving and project management skills, with a track record of driving successful technology-driven initiatives in a legal setting.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across various teams and stakeholders.
