Respect also has home care services in multiple states, and more than 700 units in different retirement villages and independent living communities. **The Opportunity**: We're on the lookout for a skilled and enthusiastic Care Manager to join the team at our facility in Sale, Victoria on a full-time basis. As a valued member of our dynamic clinical team, you'll be pivotal in delivering safe, competent, and contemporary clinical care to our residents. Moreover, you'll play a crucial role in providing supervision and support to registered nurses, enrolled nurses and personal carers, ensuring a resident-centric approach and high level of customer service. The Care Manager is responsible for planning, assigning, and overseeing duties, ensuring that care is delivered in accordance with established policies and procedures. In this role, you will play a key part in the efficient management of human, material, and financial resources, ensuring adherence to budgetary guidelines. As the CM will use your high-level clinical skills and knowledge as an experienced Registered Nurse to achieve best practice clinical standards, while providing strong leadership in a resident-focused care environment.
