Downer **Network Services **provide maintenance and minor capital works for our key Electricity Distribution client in **Victoria **. Our team are specialists in their field and our environment involves a high level of collaboration with our field crews, planning experts, operational leaders & functional support teams.

**THE OPPORTUNITY**

We are searching for a **Field Delivery Manager/Field Crew Supervisor **to lead our team of internal field resources and contractors, ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of our work programs.

Reporting to the Regional Manager, the **Field Delivery Manager **is critical to achieving our time and cost targets whilst ensuring risk management and safety objectives are achieved consistently. Based at our **Sale **depot, this role has varying reports including field crews. A thought innovative approach is paramount in this role, including the ability to facilitate and manage change.

**ABOUT YOU**

This role would suit an individual with a thorough understanding of operations and field services complimented by a strong work ethic, proactive nature, and a high level of tenacity.

- Demonstrated experience in workforce management and the ability to lead/mentor and monitor performance and productivity.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written and the ability to communicate with varying levels of seniority as well as functional support teams and union representatives.
- A proven competency in the utilisation of resources to ensure successful delivery of a program of works.
- A structured individual with the capability to remain calm when under pressure.
