Your Role as a PCA

  • Provide respectful, person-centred care in line with individual care plans.
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, meals, and lifestyle needs.
  • Support nurses in delivering safe, quality care.
  • Record accurate documentation to ensure the highest standards.
  • Bring warmth, compassion, and positivity to every interaction.

  • NDIS Workers Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain
