**The position**

Full time permanent position, Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a bright and flexible Clerical/Admin Support Officer to join our Logistics department in a dynamic and fast paced environment.

To succeed, you will need to have a strong customer service focus and the ability to work in a high paced administrative role.

**The position is responsible for**:

- Uploading completed stock reports, sales orders, and pallet dockets
- Pallet management and reconciliation
- Customer service
- General Administrative duties
- Data entry
- Checking completed paperwork for uploading
- Stocktake of consumables and office supplies
- Printing labels and laminating EIPS
- Filling and archiving documents
- Other clerical support as required

**About you**
- Previous experience in a fast-paced clerical role - ideally within a Warehouse/Transport/Logistics environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- High attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise and manage your time effectively.
- Australian citizenship or Permanent Resident status.
