**In this Associate Director, Sustainability Performance role, you will**
- Prioritise and drive NAB’s sustainability actions informed by customer and other stakeholder expectations, impact analysis and external benchmarking.
- Lead identification of material sustainability matters, guiding internal accountability and performance management and ensuring clear consideration of stakeholder perspectives.
- Manage NAB’s measurement of social and commercial impacts of NAB’s activities, including relevant disclosure obligations, e.g. Principles for Responsible Banking.
- Support investor engagement and disclosures for sustainability-related activities
- Coordinate accountable business areas and executives to drive progress towards sustainability objectives.
- Draft and support the completion of management and Board papers on relevant ESG themes as well as support to other communication activities.

**What you’ll bring**
- Clear customer centricity and stakeholder management experience
- At least 5-7 years’ experience in ESG analyst/performance, strategy and/or reporting roles.
- Experience in delivering complex programs with multiple stakeholders.
- Project management, critical thinking, sound judgement and adaptive leadership.
- Knowledge of global sustainability and ESG frameworks, indices and standards (e.g. United Nations PRB, MSCI, DJSI, CDP, UN Global Compact)
- Relevant tertiary qualification (Commerce/Business/Sustainability management) required.
