The Role
An opportunity has become available for a Procurement Specialist and Contracts Manager to join Gold Coast Health (GCH) where the focus of our 12 000-strong team is on providing world-class health care to people living in the Gold Coast, and northern New South Wales region of Australia.
You will
- Provide advice and support to the procurement team in accordance with Gold Coast Hospital and Health Service policies and procedures
- Lead the procurement team in managing contracts and end to end procurement initiatives
- Work collaboratively with Divisional Finance teams for an integrated financial services team environment
- Maintain and manage procurement records in accordance with policies and procedures

About you

**To be successful in this position you will require**:

- While not mandatory, applicants with substantial relevant experience in a similar role would be highly regarded
- Analytical skills and experience in spend analytics and/or exposure in project delivery would also be well regarded
- Evidence of vaccination and remain vaccinated against - COVID 19
- Declaration of serious discipline history must be disclosed
- Criminal History Screening will be required for new employees (GCH will cover cost)

Salary
- Permanent full time
- Base salary ranging from $98 550 - $107 227 per annum
