With our recent expansion into different states, we are seeking talented and dynamic individuals to join our team. We pride ourselves on our commitment to excellence and our passion for the Sports turf and Equestrian sectors.

We are currently looking for a part time Administration Assistant, with the possibility of full time, to join our team. You will serve as a key point of contact for our clients, playing a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships. In addition, you will be responsible for helping promote marketing strategies, so previous experience in website building, graphic design, and social media, will be helpful amongst daily duties in administration.

**Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs, preferences, and feedback, and communicate effectively with relevant stakeholders within the company.
- Execute marketing initiatives, including website building, graphic design, and social media management, to enhance brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
- Develop creative and engaging content for social media platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, to promote company products and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and design, to align strategies and ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Passionate about the Sports Turf or Equestrian sectors, with a strong background or interest in these industries.
- Technologically literate, with experience in website building, graphic design, or social media management.
- Proficiency in using tools and software for website development (e.g., Squarespace, WordPress, Wix), graphic design (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite), and social media management (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
- Proactive and driven individual with a strong desire for personal growth and learning.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
- Currently studying, or achieved a bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field is preferred.
