**About the Role**

Primary responsibilities include:

- Manage and convert leads to recruit suitable students into Excelsia College courses.
- Act as the key liaison and coordinate applicants for a delegated School or portfolio of courses.
- Uncover the needs and objectives of prospective students through a set of phone-based interviews.
- Assist students to determine whether Excelsia’s courses will meet their needs and interests.

**Selection Criteria**

Qualifications and Professional Standing:

- Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in, or interest to grow within, a marketing, sales, or student recruitment setting.
- Aptitude for and understanding of customer service excellence in a business development environment.

Essential:

- Committed Christian, involved in a local congregation.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and/or databases.
- Goal-orientated nature and demonstrated ability to meet sales targets.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work within a small team with ownership of portfolios.
- Coaching and mentoring skills, with genuine interest in helping prospective students understand and achieve their goals.
- Willingness to affirm Excelsia College mission and values and enthusiastically advocate our work.
- A demonstrated ability to prioritise, work efficiently, and to plan and manage multiple simultaneous tasks.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and confidence in presentations to groups.
- Demonstrated administrative and organisational skills and well versed in Microsoft Office.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to relate well to various groups on behalf of the institute, and a strong commitment to professional integrity.

This full-time position is based in Macquarie Park.
