Little Zak's Academy is a privately owned and family-run. Our aim is to provide early childhood care and education in a safe, welcoming, adopting, and nurturing environment.

The Enrolments Team, is a fast-paced and dynamic role. This team is the first point of contact for parents and families who are looking to enrol their children in our centres. It is important that you bring a passion for excellent service delivery and have a strong ability to build rapport over the phone

**About you**:

- Experience in a call centre, customer-centric environment, sales or enrolments position
- Previous experience managing a high volume of calls and enquiries
- Strong ability to build rapport over the phone
- Strong ability to multi-task and work well in an environment that is fast-paced
- Strong administrative skills
- Can-do attitude and a team-centric approach
- Excellent communication skills
- Passion for excellent customer service and service delivery
- Previous experience in education or child care is an advantage

**About the role**:

- You will be the first point of call for parents calling through looking to book a tour or enrol their children in one of our already established or upcoming Little Zak's centres
- Manage all incoming enquiry via phone, website and enquiry
- Booking tours for parents
- Following up after tours for feedback and walking parents through the enrolment process
- Liaising with staff at the Centres to arrange tours and bookings
- Manage all relevant administrative functions associated with your role
