**Be Part of Something Big: Supervisor (Civil Scope) at Georgiou**

As a result of Georgiou’s significant growth after securing the Hexham Straight Widening project, we are seeking a Supervisor (civil scope) to be apart of our success and make a valuable contribution to this major infrastructure upgrade in the Hunter region. Aside from being a part of a $2.1 billion development, The six-kilometre upgrade of the Pacific Highway near Newcastle will involve widening each carriageway from 2 lanes to 3, as well as constructing two new 5-span plank bridges over Ironbark Creek, adjacent to the Hunter River.

Reporting our Superintendent, you will be trusted to play a pivotal role in making this project a success. You'll lead and inspire diverse work teams to deliver complex construction tasks on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

**What you’re good at**:

- You have a solid background in the civil construction/engineering industry, with relevant trade qualifications or supervisory experience.
- You're a natural leader who thrives on motivating and influencing teams to achieve outstanding results.
- You're a detail-oriented organizer with a knack for planning and scheduling work effectively.
- You possess excellent communication skills and can build strong relationships with all project stakeholders.
- Big bonus points if you have experience working on large TfNSW road infrastructure projects.
