**Your new role**
This administrative role is all-encompassing which has exciting and fulfilling duties. They include but are not limited to:

- Organising and coordinate appointments, correspondence and communications in a timely fashion and in light of competing priorities
- Provide administrative support to senior management
- Time management support for managers including scheduling, travel and forward planning
- Support senior management workflow by triaging tasks, inbox monitoring and escalating urgent or priority matters
- Proactively manage the workflows of the teams you are assigned to
- Work collaboratively across the division, department and other agencies to achieve set outcomes

**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful in this role you must be an Australian Citizen and have relevant experience in Government Department and / or in a similar position. You must also be able to obtain and maintain a Federal Government Security Clearance (Baseline, NV1 or NV2) as well as be willing to undertake an Employment Suitability Screening (ESC) which is specific to the Department. It is imperative that you possess traits such as being self-motivated, possess good judgement and have a demonstrated ability to operate flexibly and under limited supervision.
