Federal Government Department is looking for an APS4 Records/Admin officer for initial 6-month contract.

**Your new company**
This Federal Government Department has a key focus on national interest to safeguard the Australian Country. The branch has a key focus on providing security, stability, and support the Australian community as directed by the Government.

**Your new role**
You will have to poses skills and knowledge that will allow you to effectively work in a high pressure but exciting role. These tasks will be inclusive of, but not limited to the following:

- Maintaining up to date information on the records management system.
- Providing assistance to business activities for testing projects and systems.
- Introducing new development in providing service and operational deliveries
- Assisting the team with allocating and filing documentation.
- Exhibit great people skills and have competent written and verbal communication skills.
- Providing training to new team members on records keeping and digital documents.
- Undertake other administrative support tasks as required.
- The ability to liaise with a range of stakeholders.
