This Australian Government Department plays an important role in developing client-focused service delivery to help improve business with related material and processes.

**Your new role**

In your new team, as an Administration Officer, you will have the opportunity to provide a high level of administrative support with high level admin skills and high motivation. This work will involve dealing with the whole portfolio of parliamentary related material and processes, including materials, coordinators and dissemination. You will be able to support a team culture of continuous improvement in line with the businesses’ objectives.

Your primary responsibilities are:

- Desirable but not essential - experience in parliamentary processes (PDMS)
- Ability to work flexibly to achieve team objectives and tasks.
- Organisational planning skills with a proven ability to deliver outcomes and stakeholder engagement to deliver outcomes within challenging environments.
- Strong attention to detail in written and oral communication skills
- Providing a high level of administrative skills and support

**What you'll need to succeed**

Your previous experience in a similar role within the Australian public service will lead to your success. You will have a strong track record with experience in administration support and strong attention to detail.

Security requirements: You must be an Australian citizen and possess or be willing to go through the process to obtain and maintain a Baseline Personnel Security Clearance.
