**About the Company**
Davidson Recruitment is a preferred supplier for the Government sector and have strong partnerships within Local, State and Federal Government. We currently have an opportunity for an experienced AO2 or AO3 Administration Officer to commence a contract in the Brisbane CBD
**About the Role**
- Undertake accurate computer-based processing and data entry utilising file management systems and recording programs.
- Prepare and update documents using Microsoft Office programs such as Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Effectively and efficiently manage the needs of clients and the general public by using appropriate questioning, problem solving, negotiation and conflict management skills.
- Prioritise tasks in a fast paced and high-volume environment to ensure customer service standards and timeframes are met, and to ensure effective hearing support services are provided.
**About You**
- Proficiency in Microsoft office suites
- Strong typing skills with good accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience within administration is ideal
