We are currently looking for a **Engagement and Capability Consultant** **to join the team here at genU

The position will sit within the Culture & Capability business unit which delivers organisation-wide initiatives that empower staff and volunteers to live genU's values and reach their potential

The **Engagement and Capability Consultant** **will cultivate and uplift staff capability and enhance the organisational culture.

The position plays a critical role in ensuring an improved employee experience for all through supporting and embedding People & Culture (and broader genU) initiatives.

**This is a full-time ongoing, hybrid work-from-home opportunity with occasional office visits in Geelong.**

**About You**:
To be successful in this role you will have a tertiary qualification or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business, Social Science or related discipline. You will also have:

- Knowledge & experience in developing and implementing strategy, policy and championing cultural change within large & complex organisations
- Experience in leading and delivering end-to-end culture and employee experience projects
- Highly developed interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of people at all levels of the organisation
- Highly motivated and passionate about providing excellent quality of service
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, maintaining quality and achieving key deliverables in accordance with established timeframes
- Ability to adapt and successfully navigate change

- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current NDIS Worker Orientation Module certificate
