The Opportunity

We currently seeking highly motivated individuals to join our Murray Bridge team as process workers.

The Slaughter role will include:

  • Remove hides, hooves, heads, and other non-meat parts of the animal.
  • Split carcasses using saws or other tools.
  • Trim and cut meat into standard cuts for further processing or packaging.
  • Inspect and grade meat according to quality standards.

The Beef Boner role will include:

  • Breaking carcasses into primal cuts or meat products according to specifications;
  • Debone parts of carcasses into primal cuts or meat products according to specifications;
  • Boning of forequarters, loins, hindquarters etc.
  • General labouring tasks

The Beef Slicer role will include:

  • Beef slicer - must be competent in all facets of slicing of beef.
