**About the role**:
As our Production Supervisor for our Acratex business in Virginia, QLD, you will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of manufacturing, filling & despatch of render, mouldings and panels to complete the production schedule and support the Site Manager to implement and optimise of the Dulux Production System on site. As well as ensuring the daily production schedule is complete and ensuring there is coverage across all areas of production on each shift.

**Responsibilities**
- Passionate and driven to succeed in a manufacturing environment
- Ensuring process level Regulatory, Safety and Quality standards are met. They support production-oriented Fatality Prevention and Injury Prevention Protocols for the site
- Co-ordinating advanced problem-solving and continuous improvement activities that reach across the Production, Warehousing and Dispatch areas and help facilitate the site’s “can-do” capability
- Embedding the principles of standard work and operator-led maintenance within the Production System
- Monitor and maintain preventative machinery maintenance schedules including emergency break downs
- Maintaining workplace health & safety guidelines with all staff & providing input on progress improvement
- Reporting back to Site Manager and providing regular reporting on production etc. and operating within budgetary requirements

**Skills & Experience**
- Excellent People Management skills
- Related experience in Warehousing or storage
- Problem solving and troubleshooting
- Forklift Licence not required but beneficial
- Confident communications and the natural ability to build rapport
